SKILLTRAN STATEMENT ABOUT JOBQUEST CORPORATION July 3, 2000 Spokane, WA. During the last several days, a considerable number of JobQuest customers have contacted SkillTRAN expressing their concern about the sudden lack of availability of the JobQuest computer for case processing. It is understood that many customers had built their methods of service delivery around the high quality information available in the various JobQuest reports. JobQuest phone numbers have been disconnected and the company is reported to be unresponsive to inquiries submitted by email. The JobQuest web site (www.jobquest.com) and that of its former support contractor (www.aspireon.com) continue to operate today. JobQuest continued its computer services via TELNET access through the internet until June 28, 2000. JobQuest customers have not been formally notified by JobQuest management of this service interruption. As a former JobQuest employee and current shareholder of JobQuest, Mr. Truthan is deeply concerned about the current condition of business operations at JobQuest. He recognizes that customers often depend on JobQuest products in the daily operations of their own business practices. Mr. Truthan announces that he legally possesses a copy of the computer source code used to produce JobQuest online reports. It is his intention to upgrade the methodology used to deliver these popular reports, a process that will take a short while to properly develop, test, and deploy. Mr. Truthan asks that JobQuest customers stay tuned to the SkillTRAN web site (www.skilltran.com) to learn new details about resumption of services either as JobQuest or as new SkillTRAN services. In the interim, it is recommended that customers perform vocational analyses manually or temporarily purchase such services from alternate automated sources. Customers are particularly encouraged to periodically check the JobQuest TELNET address to determine if JobQuest services have resumed. It is recognized that this is a difficult time for all JobQuest customers. Your loyalty, patience, faithfulness, and your prayers will be greatly appreciated as these matters are sorted out. JobQuest Corporation is an online provider of services for the analysis of transferable skills of injured workers and career changers. JobQuest reports are differentiated by comprehensive database resources enabling localized occupational information delivery for wages, long-term demand, training facilities, and potential sources of employment. JobQuest operates a web site at www.jobquest.com. JobQuest is a registered trademark of JobQuest Corporation, Tri-Cities, WA. This statement regarding JobQuest Corporation was prepared exclusively by Jeffrey A. Truthan, a former employee of JobQuest and a current JobQuest shareholder. Mr. Truthan is owner of SkillTRAN, a sole proprietorship dedicated to the use of technology in the service of others. SkillTRAN owns the discontinued EZ-DOT product and the current Job Browser Pro product, which is being updated at this time. Background about Mr. Truthan may be found at www.skilltran.com/resume_jat.htm. Information about SkillTRAN is available at www.skilltran.com.
