Title Lookup and Display of Matching Titles
From nearly every search or lookup method in Job Browser Pro, matching DOT titles are displayed in screens like below. If there is only one title to display, the full details are shown instead. Notice that each title also includes a cross reference to an O*NET code. The list of matching titles is automatically pre-sorted first by industry, then by Strength level, then alphabetically by titles. It is very easy to discover related titles. Use a mouse or the keyboard to move through the list. As each title is highlighted, a brief description of the occupation appears. In the screen below, the phrase "Assembler" was entered into the Title field of the Main Menu. A click of the Lookup button quickly produced this screen.
Any list of titles can be filtered to show only the Light and Sedentary occupations within the list. Just click the Light/Sedentary button, and the filtered list is displayed, with all Sedentary occupations grouped together, then by Industry, then by title.
Filtered for Sedentary/Light Strength or not, click a column heading and the list is instantly re-sorted by the column heading. In the sample below, the listed was re-arranged by SVP.
